Omerta is a narrative card game about loyalty, survival, and the cost of silence after your father's death in the city. You will try to run the city with your decisions. Your uncles is in the way, try to survive and flourish. Choose your origin — where you came from shapes what doors are open to you and which ones are permanently shut. Allocate your Charisma, Wisdom, Connections and Dexterity. They will be tested, leaning into your strength will help you navigate the world. Every day brings a new decision. Swipe left or right. Each choice shifts your four vitals — Health, Money, Respect, Family. Let any one of them collapse and it's over. Some decisions trigger an attribute check: a physics-based mini-game where a ball rolls across a pentagon shaped by your stats. The stronger your relevant attributes, the larger your safe zone.
