All you have to do in this game is simply run forward as fast as you can. You can choose from a variety of tracks (currently 7) and various skins for the main character. You don't need to grind to unlock them; all in-game content is essentially available from the start. Simply choose the appropriate track and run forward, knocking down all obstacles in your path.
