Open your doors, serve your guests, earn gold, and build your reputation — one mug of ale at a time. But the real magic happens when you start hiring. Recruit from the women who walk through your door. Pay them fairly, keep them happy, and watch your operation grow from a one-man show into a fully staffed establishment. Your hired staff will serve guests on your behalf, keep the tavern running, and — if things go well between you — might want something more than just a paycheck. Manage Your Tavern Serve ale to guests, earn gold, and keep your Tavern Rating high. Let it slip too far and you'll find yourself out on the street. Hire & Manage Staff Recruit up to three workers. Pay their daily wage, manage their needs, or let them go and find someone new. Live the Day-Night Cycle Wake at dawn, open by mid-morning, lock up at night. What you do with the quiet hours is entirely up to you. Build Relationships Spend time with your staff after hours. Some of them may grow fond of you — and want to show it.
