09/07/2024 SORRY WE MISPELLED 'CONTROLS'!! There will be no speed run event for Selena's Awakening due to us not having the time to schedule one. We are glad to see that people are enjoying the game. This is our second game that we released. This game is not perfect. As a commenter mentioned, there are a couple of bugs: 1.) The first save point, when obtaining the second key takes you back to the first save point 2.) An audio may overlap, towards the end with the last key 3.) You may hear some clicking noise during some audios 4.)There is a misspell with 'Controlls' TIPS & TRICKS: 1.) Read and study the map 08/24/2024 Testing to make sure game plays correctly on Steam once downloaded. Debugging 08/01/2024 We are exited we're close to release. We are now in the mist of debugging so that way once release, the game will be smooth sailing! Speed Run Event We are going to have another Speed Run Event for Selena's Awakening; this one will be a six month contest. We can't wait. About the Game Selena is a young teenage high school student who finds herself in a whole new place simply upon waking up. As she interacts with her "roommates", she comes to realize this place isn't a place she wants to stick around in for too long. Help Selena escape this nightmare by having her collect keys that will open doors so as she can reached the main door that will allow her to enter freedom. Interact with non-playable characters who teach Selena about the place she's currently lurking and give her advice on how she can possibly escape this lord forsaken place. Hide from enemies as Selena does her best to navigate through the darkness to reach the keys and the doors so as to escape this nightmare she's in. Will Selena escape this hell, help her in this new game in the Let Them Breathe franchise, Let Them Breathe: Selena's Awakening. Gameplay In the abandoned colony's shadowy corridors, our character relies on keys to progress from room to room. Some keys are found in specific locations, while others appear after key milestones. Checkpoints ensure progress is saved amidst the labyrinthine maze. Stealth is crucial to avoid enemies prowling the halls; darkness offers no advantage. Interacting with NPCs unveils the deep lore of the Let Them Breathe franchise. Ultimately, finding the key to unlock the back gate is the ticket to escape, requiring revisiting locations as keys spawn throughout some milestones in the game. In this highly anticipated sequel, players can expect an enriched gaming experience with increased interaction between the protagonist and NPCs, featuring dialogue that deepens the narrative based on a dynamic script. Checkpoints strategically placed throughout the suspenseful environment, inspired by Japanese architecture of ancient history, offer moments of respite amidst the labyrinthine challenges. The game introduces three distinct enemy types, each with a unique background stories that the player can eventually unlock..
