Spear towers become balistas, balistas become railguns. Defend one world through three ages as it grows around your towers - and find out why the horde keeps returning. A story-driven tower defense about a world worth 800 years of war, and the Reaper who farms it.
One world. Three ages. The same war.
Ages TD is a story-driven tower defense inspired by the classic Warcraft III custom maps. You defend a single world as it lives through its ages: the village you save with spear towers in the Ancient era becomes the walled town your ballistae defend in the Medieval one, and the neon city your railguns hold in the Modern day.
The horde evolves with you. Every counter you invent, the enemy answers. Block the pass - they send Breakers. Burn the bridge - they take to the sky. Nothing you learn is wasted, and nothing stays safe.
Towers that work together. Tar slows the horde into a killing pool for fire pots. Barbed spears make poison bite harder. Totems of the ancestors wake the men on the towers.
A story told in the thick of battle. The Elder counts his hens, the Watchman counts the horde, the Priestess reads four-hundred-year-old frescoes with a familiar face on them. And something behind the portals counts... you.
