Über Veinward
Veinward is a first-person mining incremental game. Mine ores, haul them up, sell them, upgrade your character and your pickaxe, then go deeper and faster.
Grab a pick and get:
- Kilometers of procedurally generated depth. Each layer has its own ores, rock, and cave layout, from narrow tunnels near the surface, to large open caverns further down, to strange and eldritch shapes at the bottom.
- A full ore progression, from simple stone to rare and precious ores.
- Loads of upgradeable pickaxes. Craft them from the ore you mined, or buy them.
- A long list of passive and active skills to help you become a better miner.
- A jetpack for vertical movement, because climbing back up is boring.
- Throwable explosives, from small hand-made dynamite to nuclear blasts that leave craters.
- A town that grows with you. Sell your ores raw or smelt them for more profit, upgrade your pickaxe at the forge, fill in your compendium as you discover new things, or set up an auto mining operation and idle while your machines mine for you.
- When progress starts to slow down, rebirth your character and get much stronger, PERMANENTLY. Every run goes deeper, faster, and richer than the one before it.
Numbers that go up. Very large ones.
