Rather, let the splendid danmaku tally up the votes! ◆ An extraordinary new entry to the world of Touhou shmup fangames is arriving in 2026! With the sudden announcement of a "popularity contest" occuring in the Human Village, a variety of maidens—from familiar faces like Reimu Hakurei and Marisa Kirisame to completely new and original characters never seen before—set off to win the contest by battling it out. But lurking in the shadows behind the curtains of this "popularity royale" lies a mastermind attempting to fix the matches... A Phantasmagoria-styled versus game, sure to draw in allies, spectators, and even fairies! ◆ The journey to courage and comradery can begin even with the slightest step! ◆ Kaisendō (tentative), the circle behind a variety of Touhou shoot-em-up fangames, has provided their full cooperation on this project! Popular characters from previous Kaisendō's past works make an appearance, and the roster of playable teams includes six in the demo and over 20 in the full release! (Note that since teams count as pairs of characters working in tandem, this count refers to teams, not individual characters. That's right, not just more than 20 characters, but 20 full teams!) With this collaboration, we've been able to craft a wealth of ultra-deluxe content like a massive and completely new storyline, charming characters, and a variety of music tracks with both original compositions and fresh arrangements of preexisting songs! The story mode alone offers more than enough content to provide a fully satisfactory experience. Versus Mode offers an addition four options of gameplay: local multiplayer, online multiplayer, human vs. CPU matches, and CPU vs. CPU spectator matches. We haven't overlooked those little details, such as alternate colorings for playable characters and an extensive array of post-battle dialogue! ◆ Please note the demo version has limited functionality. ◆ ◆ Naturally, the full release will offer every feature the game has for you to enjoy! ◆ In the Story Mode demo, you can play through the first three stages as the following teams: Reimu Hakurei & Aunn Komano • Marisa Kirisame & Okina Matara • Horou Torisumi & Tokiko In the Versus Mode demo, in addition to those three teams listed above, you can select from three other teams, including Mumei Fujitsubo (& General Set) & Nebet Tefet and two additional teams featuring new characters making their debut appearances in this title. Please note that the demo build of Versus Mode does not support local or online multiplayer, but players can still participate in human vs. CPU matches or spectate CPU vs. CPU matches. ◆ Staff Credits ◆
