I Am Dictator is a strategic simulation game in which you take the role of an autocratic leader of a small State which must be respected by most powerful countries of the world. Taking care of your army's and people's morale, you must defend your homeland against the attacks of hostile superpowers. Through diverse actions, such as building factories, military improvement, developing missiles, advancing your skills and technologies, you will be making decisions which will influence your relations with the people and the outer world. A well-designed system, accompanied by random events, will force you to deal with a variety of internal and external affairs. In order to survive, you must develop your own tactics and keep balance between military and diplomatic actions. Remember! The fate of your country in it's final clash of superpowers relies on you! Care for the morale of your people. It will help improve production and scientific development, and make your state's men and women follow you everywhere! Decide the most complex matters with the help of your advisors. They will inform you of all negative and positive consequences of your actions. If you fail to listen, you will suffer consequences! Gain resources and use them to choose the path of development for you and your people. Decide between a diplomatic or a military path. Invest in training and new technologies. Care for your trusted counsellors. Build and improve a better world! Personally supervise arms production. Design new missiles to improve your negotiating position. Remember: a brand new atomic weapon is always a good reason to have an interesting chat with your enemies. Maintain specific relations with the leaders of other countries. Your trusted counsellor says you are a most skilled orator and the greatest ruler in the world – make the weak abide! You should not allow anyone to tell you and your people how to live! Care for the sovereignty of your empire, react to threats and attacks. You are not a schoolboy. You Are Dictator!
