ExMORTALIS is a first-person immersive sim set in Argentina, 1893, within the isolated medical complex of Las Tormentas in the Paraná Delta. Operated by the prestigious Colegio de Medicina Experimental, Las Tormentas was built to push medicine beyond what respectable society would tolerate: experimental surgery, neurological research, biological alteration, galvanic apparatus, and procedures meant to reshape the human body itself. Now its wards, laboratories, workshops, tunnels, and industrial machinery have become something else entirely. EXPLORE LAS TORMENTAS Las Tormentas is a dense, interconnected place built around medical and industrial infrastructure rather than isolated combat arenas. - Navigate wards, laboratories, maintenance passages, pipe galleries, lifts, generators, containment areas, docks, and forgotten sections of the facility - Discover alternate routes through vents, machinery, damaged architecture, locked passages, and restricted areas - Manipulate electricity, pressure, machinery, chemicals, fire, and the environment to create your own solutions - Learn how the facility functions and use that knowledge to reach places you were never meant to enter - Piece together the work of the Colegio through medical records, abandoned experiments, equipment, and the people left behind There is rarely only one way forward. ALTER YOURSELF The same research that transformed the subjects of Las Tormentas can be used on you. Collect mutagen vials and spend them to induce biological alterations with advantages, disadvantages, and sometimes entirely new abilities. Increase the density of your skin. Alter your musculature.
