Hire employees; manage the team, their schedules, their payroll, education, and benefits keep the talent at your company, while hijacking some from the others. COMPETE TO BE THE BEST Compete with the NPC companies at the difficulty you choose. Develop software and become the best IT company in the world. Market your software pick your streamers and events correctly. And maintain what you've shipped: add features, add-ons, and expansion packs to keep your customers and fan base happy.
