About This Game Summer Dream is a linear visual novel set on a modern university campus. Shen Yan, a college student with a part-time job at the library, is trying to build an affordable, easy-to-maintain robotic dexterous hand. A chance encounter brings him together with Zhong Lingyu, a skilled yet reserved young woman. Meanwhile, Su Wan, his longtime companion, remains by his side. From everyday campus life, club activities, and late nights in the lab to competition presentations and setbacks, the three will spend a sweltering summer completing their project, confronting their own feelings, and searching for answers about the future.
