FIGHT, SALVAGE, UPGRADE, PUSH DEEPER Every run is a choice between survival and greed. - Battle through increasingly dangerous hostile sectors - Recover Crystals, Starforge Coins, and Starforge Holo Coins - Extract early to secure your haul - Push deeper for greater rewards and greater danger - Turn successful runs into permanent progression - Risk losing valuable resources when a run goes wrong The longer you remain in a sector, the more dangerous it becomes. BUILD FROM THE FORGE The Forge is your mobile base of operations and the heart of your long-term progression. Use recovered resources to: - Unlock and rebuild new ships - Construct and upgrade support drones - Develop new projectile types - Improve permanent Forge systems - Strengthen future runs through lasting upgrades - Prepare for increasingly dangerous sectors and bosses Your progress does not end when a single run does. EIGHT PLAYABLE SHIPS Begin with the adaptable Vanguard and unlock seven additional ships through progression. Each ship is designed around a distinct combat speciality, including: - Armour and survivability - Extreme fire rate - Life steal and recovery - High movement speed - Heavy projectile damage - Passive regeneration - Knockback resistance - Endgame versatility Upgrade individual ships, develop their strengths, and choose the vessel that best supports your preferred playstyle. TWENTY SUPPORT DRONES Your ship is only one part of your build. Construct, restore, and upgrade support drones that can provide: - Additional offensive pressure - Crowd control - Defensive support - Resource farming - Utility effects - Focused boss damage Different combinations of ships, drones, projectiles, and permanent upgrades can dramatically change the way each run plays. THIRTY DISTINCT ENEMY TYPES Face 30 enemy types, each designed to create a different form of pressure. Enemies may: - Rush the player - Attack from range - Control movement space - Deploy mines or hazards - Support nearby enemies - Drain resources or health - Split, transform, or become more dangerous over time Later enemies are not simply stronger versions of earlier opponents. New combinations are designed to force movement, target prioritisation, and constant adaptation. FIFTEEN BOSSES — EACH WITH AN AWAKENED VARIATION Challenge 15 major bosses, each with its own attacks, mechanics, and combat identity. Every boss also has an Awakened variation, introducing more dangerous behaviour, altered attack patterns, and a greater test of your build. Bosses are designed as major skill and progression checks rather than ordinary enemies with larger health bars. BOSS FIGHTS ON YOUR TERMS Bosses are not presented as a simple linear checklist. - Challenge bosses when you feel prepared - Return later with a stronger ship and upgraded loadout - Hunt particular bosses for rare rewards and progression - Learn their attacks before confronting their Awakened variations - Complete the main journey without defeating every optional boss Some of the game’s most valuable rewards are protected by threats you must actively choose to confront. CAMPAIGN Campaign is a focused single-player experience built around exploration, salvage, combat, and permanent progression. Travel through hostile sectors, recover valuable resources, and return to the Forge before your ship is destroyed. - Explore increasingly dangerous sectors - Collect Crystals, Starforge Coins, and Starforge Holo Coins - Decide when to extract and secure your resources - Unlock ships, drones, projectiles, and Forge upgrades - Challenge bosses when you feel prepared - Carry permanent progression into future runs - Continue into New Game Plus after completing the Campaign Campaign is designed exclusively for one player. SURVIVAL MODE Survival Mode is a separate solo challenge built around escalating enemy waves, temporary card upgrades, milestone rewards, and long-term progression. - Face increasingly dangerous waves - Earn card selections based on enemies defeated - Adapt your build between waves - Encounter milestone and boss waves - Unlock Survival achievements - Earn permanent-card progression - Combine ships, drones, projectiles, and combat specialities - Continue until your run is finally overwhelmed Survival rewards experimentation and forces you to build around what each run gives you. TWO DISTINCT WAYS TO PLAY SINGLE-PLAYER CAMPAIGN Explore hostile sectors, recover salvage, build permanent progression through the Forge, and confront bosses on your own terms. SOLO SURVIVAL Endure escalating waves, adapt through temporary card rewards, defeat milestone bosses, and attempt to push further with every run. Progress earned through both modes can open additional possibilities throughout the game. NEW GAME PLUS Completing the Campaign is not the end. Enter New Game Plus with your existing progression and face greater pressure, stronger opposition, and new reasons to continue developing your ships, drones, projectiles, and Forge systems. MORE THAN ONE LAYER Not every system is revealed immediately. Some mechanics, rewards, progression routes, and hidden features are intended to be discovered by players who experiment, explore, and pay attention.
