A game about care, community and change Selanìa is a narrative game about care, community, and change. You will play the role of the Rewriter, a confidant who will help other characters to look at their own stories in a different light, in order to overcome a moment of stalemate in their lives. Every character you’ll meet has their own unique experience to share. Choose from the wide range of dialogue options at your disposal to express your point of view and resonate with the other characters, revealing them a new name. If you’re feeling lost, don’t worry: Mentor, Froggy and other unusual creatures will be here to help you. Come and rest for a while. The role of the Rewriter is not a job, but one of the many possibilities. In Selanìa, every place offers the opportunity to relax and do different things. Take the greenhouse, for example: here you can let yourself be carried away by its inspirations to grow unusual plants, full of answers and even more questions. Or the kitchen, where you can cook alchemical dishes with the other characters to satisfy a hungry oven. Even more places will be added as the game is developed. And lastly, there's the library. Here you'll find stories, poems, and diary entries written by dozens of different people who've decided to share a part of themselves and their imagination to keep you company, comfort you, and maybe even help you rethink some aspect of your life. Here, as in the rest of the game, the trigger warning system will help you choose what to read or not to read each time, so you can enjoy this world on your own terms. So grab a cup of hot chocolate, a soft blanket, and let yourself be carried away under the moonlight. All cozy and zero rush. Selanìa is a game without clocks, deadlines, or punishments. You will make hundreds of different choices, generating dozens of endings. But no outcome will be right or wrong. It will just be a piece of your story. Unique. Like you.
