Examine each new arrival and search for signs of infection. Some symptoms are obvious. Others are easy to miss until it is too late. Watch carefully, trust your instincts, and decide who can pass and who must be stopped.
One wrong decision could doom everyone beyond the checkpoint.
MAKE THE CALL
Every survivor is a potential threat, but not everyone showing suspicious symptoms is infected. Let the wrong person through and the outbreak spreads. Act too quickly and an innocent life may pay the price.
There is no perfect answer. You make the decision, and you live with the consequences.
WHEN INSPECTION TURNS INTO COMBAT
Not every infected person will wait quietly for your verdict. When someone turns, you have seconds to react.
Choose from a wide range of weapons, find the loadout that fits your playstyle, and be ready to fight at close range. Pistols, shotguns, rifles, and heavier firepower give you different ways to deal with threats before the checkpoint is overrun.
HOLD THE CHECKPOINT
Each shift brings new refugees, harder decisions, and more dangerous infected. Stay alert, keep your weapon ready, and do not let the outbreak escape.
