Nifland

Somewhere beneath an endless ocean, a station continues to operate inside a dream that should not exist. You awaken in the heavy suit of a deep-sea diver, surrounded by unfamiliar machinery, endless corridors and a crew whose glowing faces reveal far less than they should. Nifland is a multiplayer social deduction horror game for 3–5 players, blending cooperation, paranoia and surreal horror inside a decaying underwater facility. The station is constantly falling apart. Its machinery demands attention, maintenance orders pull the crew into distant sections of the complex, and every minute spent keeping the facility alive creates another opportunity to become separated from the others. And being alone is dangerous. Strange entities wander the station. Some hunt. Some watch. Some seem to obey rules that only make sense inside the dream. The deeper the match goes, the harder it becomes to understand which dangers are part of the station — and which belong to something else entirely. But the greatest threat may already be wearing a diving suit. One member of the crew is a traitor. Suspicion grows through every task, disappearance and unexplained death. Players must watch one another, cooperate when necessary and decide who can still be trusted before the station descends completely into chaos. Accusing someone is easy. Proving it is another matter. When the crew finally turns against one of its own, suspicion becomes physical and the station has its own grotesque way of delivering judgment. A DREAM BENEATH THE OCEAN Nifland takes place in a world governed by dream logic. Industrial machinery performs strange rituals. Forgotten divers sit silently in impossible places. Huge shapes move beyond the glass. The station occasionally behaves as if it is alive — or as if something else is using it. Horror and absurdity exist side by side. A terrifying encounter may be followed by something completely ridiculous, yet neither feels entirely out of place. There is, among other things, a walrus. You can ride it. Complete maintenance orders, operate machinery and respond to problems across the facility. Keeping the station functioning forces the crew to move, separate and take risks — exactly when trust is most fragile. The traitor is not the only danger. Avoid hostile entities, escape encounters you cannot win and learn to recognize the strange patterns of the dream before they recognize you. Work together, watch how the others behave and decide who deserves your trust. Every unexplained absence, every suspicious decision and every body left behind changes the balance between cooperation and paranoia. Nifland is built around unpredictable multiplayer situations where horror, social deduction, strange events and player stupidity constantly collide. Keep the station running.
