Fast Charging Tycoon is a turn-based EV charging simulation about building the best charging network in a race against several rival competitors. You start a small charge point operator with a little money, a big map, and a market that's about to take off. Your goal is to grow it into a household name one charging station at a time. You get to decide on how to design each site, manage pricing and maintain during operations, apply for grants, vote on industry initiatives, form strategic partnerships with other rivals, respond to incidents, and much more! Key Features - Build across five regions and 100 cities. Place charging stations on a nationwide map of 100 real-world metros. Pick great locations, choose your chargers, solar, battery storage, and amenities to shape each stop to fit the drivers who'll actually use it. - Acquire sites in three different ways. Lease a spot from a property owner, bid for a public contract, or buy the land outright. Each path has its own costs, risks, and rewards. - Maintain the Driver Experience score for each site. Every station earns a Driver Experience grade (A–F) for how reliable, fast, affordable, and welcoming it is. Happy drivers come back and bring friends; frustrated ones go somewhere else. Different locations want different things, so there's no single "perfect" build. - Manage site operations. Update pricing, adjust maintenance frequency, repair old sites, add amenities, increase site electrical service or chargers, renew site lease, and more. - Maintain business finances. Watch the money come in and go out each month, keep your stations maintained, and actually turn a profit instead of just watching a number climb. - Add solar PV and battery storage when grid supply is limited. Add solar panels and battery storage to cut your power bills and get more out of every site. - Track various metrics. Monitor various company and site metrics such as uptime, site health, driver experience, reputation, revenue, expenses, profit, throttling, and much more. - Outsmart real rivals. Compete against up to ten rival companies that build, price, and scheme just like you — each with its own personality, history, and game plan. - Make partnership deals with competing rivals. Strike partnerships with other companies, or buy them out entirely. Watch your back, though — they'll happily do the same to you. - Build a leadership team. Hire a CEO, COO, and CFO who each bring real strengths to your company, and keep them happy before a competing rival lures them away. - Take loans and apply for grants. Take on bank loans and chase government grants and incentives. Each one helps you grow, and each one comes with strings attached. - Level up and unlock. Earn experience, grow your company, and unlock better gear and smarter upgrades across a branching upgrade tree. - Vote on initiatives at the annual Industry Summit. Each year the industry gathers to set new standards — and the most respected company gets to run the room. - Manage various site and network incidents. React to power shortages, equipment breakdowns, vandalism, and surprise events that test how well you really run your network. Four Ways to Win There's no single road to the top. Three Ways to Play Three game modes (Victory Race, Objective, and Scenario) with three difficulty levels. In Victory Race mode, you compete against several other rivals to achieve one of four victory conditions before the market matures. In Objective mode, you may achieve a certain objective before a certain time. In Scenario mode, you inherit a pre-set charging network and bring it to success before its too late. Note: Objective and Scenario mode will be available post-launch.
