WHO IS DECLAN MOSES? You play as Declan Moses, a man who's taken it upon himself to clear his neighborhood of killers, pushers, traffickers, and scammers. Eventually, he finds himself clearing his district. Night after night, Declan intrudes into increasingly hostile locations to get back in his car and does it again. HOW TO PLAY DECLAN MOSES The rules are simple. Get into the building by kicking in the door, kill everyone that shoots back, and get back to the car. No sprint. No stealth. 2 hits will kill you. 1 gun at a time. You'll know how many mags you have, not how many rounds are in your gun. Aiming turns weapons into lasers, getting hit slows everything down long enough to understand your mistake. Hitting enemies in the head kills them immediately, while everywhere else forces them to flinch. Grab what's available and keep moving. WHAT IS DECLAN MOSES?
