CRIKEYMAS is a chaotic platformer SUPER HAMMER ACTION GAME where everything is possible with your trusty hammer. Help Mr. SANTER's errand boy reindeer to smash through delightfully devilish levels! JANDORI, he is but an ex-unemployed reindeer. Hired by Mr. SANTER, the reindeer became his errand boy. And now, JANDORI is tasked with saving Christmas (and the hangover cure for SANTER's incredible hangover). Only a crusty Christmas costume and hammer in his paws are JANDORI's only hope as he tumbles into the scary, evil building full of hazards. What are we waiting for? Let's get going and help him save Christmas! YEAH, HAMMERTIME!MR. SANTER IS DRUNK (again!) Unfortunately we gotta get him sober as soon as possible to prepare for the next Christmas! And I've heard that he hid an ultimate hangover remedy somewhere, but I wonder who will go and fetch it... Wait, I have an idea! JANDORI can do that! He is (therefore YOU are) the "chosen one" now - go get that chore done for me, pronto!SUPER HAMMER ACTION! The hammer isn't just for showoff! JANDORI is a professional BONKER. With his hammer in his paw, he does it all. Or, rather, he MUST do it all! Smash, bonk and slam to bulldoze through your problem. Not only that; use variety of attacks to bounce off the ground, press buttons, leap sky-high and pull off all sorts of questionable physics-defying nonsense!BONK, CHARGE and ZAP! Your battery charges up with static electricity as you hit your enemies. Unleash the power of electricity (and wrath of having to pay the electricity bills) to toast your enemies to crisp! From giant hammer raining down from sky to hurling thunder fragments (huh) towards your enemies; BONK them with STYLE! But be careful; a fully charged battery would save you from getting hit once, then discharge, should you be clumsy and get hit!PERSONAL INSANITY OF THE SOLO DEVELOPER This solo developer, from working alone, had been accumulating chaotic energy that cannot be hidden, now leaking into this videogame. From unhinged writing that does not make sense, to hardcore levels full of spikes and monsters... But at the end of the day, this game is his little personal offering to people who enjoy platformers. Specifically, hard platformers. And this man and his game, inspired by god-knows-what, has retro aesthetics from chiptune music, pixel art graphics and all. From DOS-era tracker music to arcade game-like visual effects, the man simply could not help but to put whatever he finds cool. Pretty deranged slurry of mixed aesthetics I gotta say.
