Carpe Noctem is a Gothic lesbian romance inspired by Castlevania and Sheridan Le Fanu's Carmilla. This visual novel takes place in an alternate Victorian England plagued by creatures of the night. Adelaide Hadid, an orphan trained by The Church to slay monsters, is dispatched to a rural town to eliminate a powerful vampiress. After a fateful duel with the seductive Cordelia, Adelaide finds herself growing closer to the vampiress and her charming maid, Lily.
