Carbon Rain

The world outside the bunker is toxic and dangerous, but staying inside won't get you very far. Head out into abandoned and hazardous areas, fight off hostile creatures and search for whatever you can bring back with you. Resources are limited, and what you find matters. Use the resources you gather to improve your gear, craft more ammo and prepare for the next trip. As you upgrade your gear - primarily oxygen reserves and weapons, you'll be able to reach new biomes and explore farther from home. Combat is fast and direct. There are many different weapons to use against the creatures you come across. Ammo and supplies aren't unlimited, so sometimes getting back to the bunker in one piece is more important than clearing everything in your path. Back at the bunker, you can spend what you've collected, upgrade your equipment and get ready to head out again. The game mixes side-scrolling action, exploration and resource management in a 2D pixel-art world, rendered in 3D for super-smooth movement and animation, and inspired by abandoned industrial sites, wild nature and irradiated exclusion zones.
