At the owner's PC, Janelas XP lets you watch the network, curb the worst bandwidth hogs and decide who has to wait. Counter Ops players want clean ping and tournaments. Orkontro, Fotologão and MSM draw people who just want to be online. Everyone shares the same PCs, connection and your attention. The building fights you too. PCs, freezer, fans and microwave share one circuit. If the till allows it, you can add more machines and a second room. If the power drops at the wrong moment, it is your problem.
