Build your own colliery in the coal region of Grubental! In BERGWERK – A Mining Sim, you design your own mining company in the fictional German coal region of Grubental. Acquire new land, plan your site layout in top-down view, and construct headframes, storage facilities, and processing plants according to your own ideas. What starts as a small colliery expands, step by step, above and below ground, through your decisions. Use realistic mining methods such as longwall or room-and-pillar mining, and drive your tunnels forward with the right tool – from manual work with a pickaxe and explosives to the deployment of massive shearer loaders. Take the wheel of over 15 drivable heavy machines yourself: maneuver mine trains through narrow tunnels, operate shaft hoists, or drive the licensed MAN TGX above ground.
